1. Engagement Models
FFNA delivers services through fixed-scope milestone sprints (such as our App Blueprint, Prototype Sprint, and Mobile MVP Launch) or bounded monthly maintenance subscriptions. Scope, milestones, deliverables, and payment terms are agreed in writing prior to commencing work.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of final milestone payment, the client receives 100% full ownership of all custom software source code, design assets, and database schemas created during the engagement. FFNA retains no proprietary claims or royalties over your product.
3. Store Approval & Policy Boundaries
While FFNA adheres strictly to Apple App Store and Google Play Developer guidelines, final distribution approval rests solely with Apple Inc. and Google LLC. FFNA provides resolution support for guideline clarifications and technical remediation.
