2. Enquiry Processing & Server Log Hygiene
When you submit a project enquiry through our scoping form, your details are encrypted in transit and transmitted directly to our secure engineering review queue.
To protect your confidential specifications, our server runtime enforces strict logging hygiene: message contents, names, and contact details are never written to application console logs. Server audit logs record only an anonymized cryptographic IP hash and timestamp to prevent denial-of-service and rate-limit abuse.
3. Mutual Non-Disclosure & Project Confidentiality
All proprietary specifications, system diagrams, user journeys, and intellectual property shared with FFNA Solutions are held in strict confidence. We routinely execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before reviewing unreleased product concepts.
4. Third-Party Marketplace Integrity (Fiverr)
If you visit our website from our verified profile on Fiverr, we strictly uphold Fiverr’s Terms of Service and non-circumvention policies. All communications, milestone escrow, and delivery for engagements initiated on Fiverr remain on Fiverr.
